WAREHOUSE LETTING AT CINDERHILL POINT

Acting jointly with NG Commercial, Tim Harries & Partners, have let a 26,200 sq ft warehouse facility in Nottingham, to Fittleworth Medical, a leading home dispensing company.

The 26,000 sq ft warehouse was swiftly let at a headline rate of £5.25 psf after a programme of refurbishment  to meet the ingoing tenant’s requirements.

Cinderhill Point is located on the well-regarded Phoenix Business Park, within a mile of J26 of the M1 Motorway, and developed on the site of the former Babbington Colliery. The Park is served by a park and ride facility for the Nottingham Express Tram System.
