Acting on behalf of a regional property company, Tim Harries & Partners utilised their property management expertise to advise their clients on the set-up of service charge provisions in a newly-multi-let office building. The team provided advice relating to the drafting of the service charge provisions in liaison with the client’s legal representatives, and practical advice on the operation of the building, which has previously been in single occupation, to maximise expenditure recovery.
