Having advised the clients on the unit for some time, as part of their wider portfolio, and following a decision by the previous tenants not to renew their lease, Tim Harries & Partners quickly identified Costa Limited (part of Whitbread Group) as a potential tenant and negotiated a new 10 year lease at a rent of £33,000 per annum with minimal incentive.
