Having successfully relocated established architectural practice Henry Mein into nearby offices which better met their future needs, THP advised private investor clients on the sale of their former period offices on Clarendon Street. Located close to the Nottingham Trent University city campus, the building required full refurbishment but was identified as potentially suitable for conversion to student residential use, despite its Grade II listing and sensitive position in a Conservation Area. Following an effective marketing campaign, sole agents THP identified a suitable buyer, an established regional specialist in the HMO sector, and quickly negotiated terms for a conditional sale. The buyer secured the requisite planning consents and completed quickly and on price.
