LOCAL AUTHORITY CONSULTANCY
Acting on behalf of County Council clients, Tim Harries & Partners have undertaken due diligence work on the property aspects of transfers of Local Authority controlled schools to Academy status.
Such transfers continue to be a sensitive and emotive subject with varying degrees of take-up across different geographical locations. Against this background Tim Harries & Partners has been successful in working alongside in-house Property, Legal & Education teams in the more time-consuming property aspects of these transfers on behalf of often resource-depleted clients.
Tasks include site inspection, plan creation and liaison with all interested parties; including Highways, local Community groups, District Councils, School Governing Bodies and internal and external LA stakeholders.
