Following Austin Reed entering into administration, Tim Harries & Partners worked closely with local retail agents to identify an occupier as soon as possible with a view to mitigating the landlord’s void costs.
Sofa.com bring an added home ware and furniture element to the successful Exchange shopping centre, with their pop-up showroom offering visitors the opportunity sample the quality of the high end sofa brand.
