Rent review on industrial unit in Leicester
Acting on behalf of landlord client Aviva, Tim Harries & Partners negotiated the rent review on a 50,000 sq ft car body shop on Meridian Business Park in Leicester where the tenant is Sytner. The matter was complicated by the need to address the comprehensive reconfiguration of the property undertaken by the tenant over the years, and against a backdrop of limited comparable evidence. A successful outcome to negotiations resulted in an increase in the rent by over 8% for the client.
