Examples of our work in this area include extending the leases with tenants W H Smith and Savers on their stores in High Street Slough, where a mix of capital and re-based rents was agreed as part of the deal, and negotiating-out break options on leases of office occupiers including Svenska Handelsbanken, Gateley, and Thompsons solicitors in City Gate Nottingham, generating millions of pounds of additional rental revenue for clients.
