ASSET MANAGEMENT IN COLWICK
In early 2012 Tim Harries & Partners advised private investor clients on the purchase of a high quality detached office and warehouse unit located on Nottingham’s Colwick Quays development. This acquisition proved to be the first of several acquisitions for this client, all of which continue to be retained and managed.
Four years later, and following a decision by the occupier Mitie to rationalise their occupational property portfolio, Tim Harries & Partners worked collaboratively with the tenant’s agent, FHP, to achieve an assignment of the lease to Mortimer Management Group Limited, alongside an agreed refurbishment of the property and significant up-front rental payment, enabling an exit for the former tenant and installing a new and committed tenant going forward.
