Tim Harries & Partners achieved the sale of an attractive but relatively short-term income industrial investment located on an established estate in Thirsk in Yorkshire.

The marketing campaign generated exceptional levels of interest and resulted in 18 bids being received for the property, and a resultant sale completed at a price over a third higher than the guide.

The success of the sale reflected the huge volume of mainly private equity which remains available in the market for investment stock , notably for the industrial sector which has proved particularly resilient to market fluctuations.
